EDCO Ventures is a 501(c)(3) non-profit creating great jobs and innovative companies in economically disadvantaged regions. EDCO seeks partnership in very early phase start-ups and is interested in assisting the founder to launch their endeavor. EDCO also provide pre-seed founding. The following criteria is used for qualifying an engagement:

· Job Generation and Location: Capable of employing at least 100 individuals in 5 years with primary location in economically underrepresented regions. · High Growth: Capable of capturing 10% of their market share in a minimum market size of $500 million, within 5 years

· Market: Product, Business Model and/or technology has recognizable competitive advantages. Technologies should be unique and have high demand and margin potential.

· Intellectual Property: Patented, patent-pending or patentable technology or technologies.

· Community Driven - Entrepreneurs that have desire for long term engagement with their enterprise and local community
