Welcome to the Silicon Alley Insider Startup 2009 application. Startup 2009 will showcase 10 top startups competing for bragging rights, buzz, and a $50,000 prize. The conference will be held on June 3, 2009 in New York City. The conference is co-hosted by Silicon Alley Insider, New York University's Stern School of Business, General Catalyst, SoftBank, and Venrock. It will be the first of what we hope will become an annual forum for outstanding entrepreneurs and early-stage companies to meet VCs, investors, journalists, and other members of the East Coast startup community.
