1. The project purpose.
1.1 The presentation of the power module (the Generator of electric energy) is necessary
For attraction of investments into building of the industrial enterprise.
Presentation it is planned to spend for heads of the ministries of power, heads of industrial corporations, mayors of cities, owners of the power companies of the various countries of the world.
1.2 Industrial enterprise should make power modules "EGM-1000YH-4-08" under the schedule:
1. 1,5 years: enterprise building
2. 1,6-3 year: manufacture on 120 modules in a year
3. 4 year: manufacture of 200-300 modules in a year
4. 5 year and further: on 400 - 500 modules in a year.
2. What is the power module. It is the new converter of potential energy of water into electrical energy. It works completely submerged to sufficient depth of water. There is a transformation of a static pressure of water to a stream of water pulsing at higher pressure than static water pressure at a given depth.
For this unit operation it is not required to have any additional fuel or any supply an additional energy. The given converter can work in fresh and seawater, on a land and at ocean, in motionless and in moving water, in lakes and pools, in artificial tanks, in desert and in cities. It is necessary to turn it on once and it will work with constant output parameters independently from time of the day or climate without interruption for many years. Power modules of different capacity 1000 kw, stationary and portable versions are developed and are being manufactured in limited quantity. From these modules it is possible to create power station of any capacity (1-10000 MW, creating electric power according to the European standard). For that purpose it will require to install certain quantity of power modules in one place. Modules don’t demand service during long time of operation., the cost of the electric power is 0,003 Euros / kw-hour.
Retail price of the module is 300 000-350 000 Euros.
2.1 The intellectual property is protected by patents:
1. The Eurasian patent organization ¹005489 from 17.12.2003.
2. DE 20 2006 005 388 U1
3. The European patent EA20040000160 20031217 from 24.02.2005
According to expert organisation TEX|BI patent cost № 005489 than 4 000 000 000 Euros are estimated in the sum more
2.2 Properties power 1MW.
1. It is easily transported and is quickly established.
2. It is possible to increase total capacity of power station beyond all bounds.
3. Ecological cleanliness - does not demand some any fuel
4. Occupies 5m2 the areas (it is possible to establish and under an earth surface).
5. The minimum service and expenses for operation. (0,05 %) there are less
6. Term service more than 10 years.
7. Major repairs can be executed at the nearest dealer.
8. The price considerably below the average world prices.
9. These power stations can be established at any enterprise and to provide ecologically pure operating mode.
2.3 Fuelless electric and thermal stations (FETSs):
FETSs are placed on a solid reinforced concrete foundation. Depending on the configuration chosen by Ordering Parties, one, several or a number of hydraulic gravitational energy converters with different capacities ranging from 500 kW to 2.5 mW are
installed on top of the foundation using special fi xtures.
The FETSs foundation design must provide for connection of electric cables and the heating system’s pipework that supplies heat to residential and public buildings to power modules.
The FETSs mainframe is a frame module heat-insulated protective structure with an access control system which also incorporates a remote control unit to control performance parameters.

The power module develops electric energy which we will sell to the buyer.
Calculation of profit on Elektro - station in a year:
24 hours х 30 days х 12 months х 1 000 kw х 0.0 3-0,05 Euro/kw-hour =259200 -432000 Euros.
As electric power sale will begin in 11-12 months we ask a payment delay for 1 year.
The prospective Interest rate under the credit of 5 % a year.
We can (at the average price of realisation 0,04 Euro/kw-hour and at the income 345 600.00 Euros a year) to return the credit on 200000 Euros year, plus percent at a rate of 6,25 % (taking into account a payment delay for 1 year).
Thus We will return the credit in a current of 5 years(At the maximum size of the credit).
I ask you to Consider possibility of granting of the credit at the rate from
300 000,00 to 7300 000 Euros on offered conditions.
