How long should I keep my application in Open Deals?
When you leave your plan in Open Deals over a number of months, views and ratings accumulate. Investors can sort by both of these statistics, so the more you accumulate, the higher you appear on the list. Sometimes it takes more than 1 month to gain significant traction with the investor community. Once you do, there can be a snowball effect as more investors see your deal, possibly pushing you to the top of the highest-rated, and most-viewed sorting criteria. In addition, every two weeks we send investors a digest e-mail about Open Deals. The e-mail includes the 5 deals in closest proximity to them, and the 5 highest-rated deals. If you become one of the 5 highest rated businesses, your plan is sent out to all 16,000 Investors that use Angelsoft.

1. I now have several applications to different groups on open-deals. Some are quite outdated. I would like to hide the old applications until I get a chance to revise them. Is this possible?
2. Say we want to use our teaser video (which we now get overwhelming response to) in open-deal to draw attention, generate buzz, but then send our application to only those who show an initial serious interest. So, it would be helpful to have some control on who can see what. What are my options?
3. Also, is there a LIVE example of a running video? I would like to see what impression it would give. It will help in shooting the video.
