Who's it for?
Open Deals is a tool for companies starting their funding search, and can give companies that already have investors additional leverage in negotiating a round. Open Deals provides rapid exposure to 20,000+ investors. For companies that have secured investor interest, it is a way to complete a round of funding and put upward pressure on your valuation.

How does it work?

  • Use one of your existing applications and, with one click, copy your answers into your Open Deals application.
  • Subscribe to Open Deals. The cost is $250 per month
  • Your company is promoted to investors in three ways.

How will my company be promoted?

  • Your company is posted in Open Deals where an exclusive community of 20,000+ accredited investors can explore business plans by geography, industry, or criteria such as most viewed.
  • Your company will appear on investor dashboards based on their distance from you. Investor dashboards are the starting place for investors when they log into Angelsoft.
  • Your company will be sent in a bi-weekly Deal Digest email that goes to investors in your region. If you are among the five highest rated companies in Open Deals, it will be included in the Deal Digest email to all 20,000+ investors.

How will I know if an investor is interested?
When an investor is interested they will 'Refer' your company into their private Angelsoft account for further review. You will be notified and given means to communicate with the investor. In addition you will be provided with stats that show the number of times your application has been viewed, how many times it has shown up on investor dashboards, and how many investors your company has been emailed to.
